What you'll learn

  • Sit 720 unique PMI-CPMAI practice questions across 6 timed tests, mapped to the Examination Content Outline of September 2025.
  • Rehearse the real exam format twice: 120 questions in 160 minutes, scored against the 70 percent pass mark.
  • Isolate your weakest ECO domain using four domain tests, weighted exactly as PMI weights them.
  • Read the rationale behind every correct answer, and on most questions see why each individual distractor fails.
  • Build the pace and endurance a 160 minute paper demands, under a running clock rather than open book.
  • Know your readiness score before you book your exam date, instead of after you pay for a retake.
  • Retake any test with randomised question and answer order, so you are testing judgement and not memory.

Description

The PMI-CPMAI exam is decided by one thing most candidates underestimate: volume of scenario practice under exam conditions. This course gives you 720 unique questions, no repeats between tests, built to the September 2025 Examination Content Outline, every one with a full rationale.

Reading theory is not the same as sitting the exam. The real paper asks what the project manager should do next, in vague, high stakes situations where two answers look defensible and only one follows the CPMAI methodology. This course trains that judgement, then measures it.

1,298 candidates are practising here. Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 158 learners. Written by an instructor holding the PMI-CPMAI, PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.

HOW IT IS STRUCTURED

Six practice tests, 120 questions each, 720 in total. All timed, all scored against the 70 percent pass mark, all with randomised question and answer order, so a retake tests judgement and not memory.

Four domain tests isolate weak areas before they cost you marks, each mapped to the ECO domains and their official weightings. Domain I, Support Responsible and Trustworthy AI Efforts, 15 percent. Domain II, Identify Business Needs and Solutions, 26 percent. Domains III and IV combined, Identify Data Needs at 26 percent and Manage AI Model Development and Evaluation at 16 percent. Domain V, Operationalize AI Solutions, 17 percent. Each domain test runs 120 questions in 150 minutes.

Two full mock exams then replicate the real thing exactly: 120 questions in 160 minutes, the same length and the same clock as the PMI-CPMAI exam itself. That is where you build the pace and the endurance the exam demands.

HOW TO USE IT

Do not memorise answers. Read the rationale for every question, including the ones you got right. Every question carries a full explanation of why the correct option follows the ECO task, and most questions also break down why each individual distractor fails. That is how you internalise PMI reasoning instead of pattern matching.

Work the four domain tests first, in ECO order, so you fix weaknesses while there is still time to fix them. Keep the two full mock exams for the final fortnight, so they measure readiness rather than progress.

Treat 75 percent or above on both mocks as your readiness signal, comfortably clear of the 70 percent pass mark. If you are below that, you now know which domain to go back to, and you found out before the exam did.

WHAT YOU ARE PRACTISING AGAINST

The live PMI-CPMAI exam is 120 questions in 160 minutes, with no scheduled breaks. Every question here is mapped strictly to the September 2025 Examination Content Outline, the version in force, so you never practise on obsolete material. PMI replaced Cognitive Project Management in AI (CPMAI) v7 in September 2025, and a large part of the CPMAI practice material still circulating was written for the old version.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Candidates who have finished their theory study and need to test readiness against the real exam format and the real clock.

Project managers moving into AI and machine learning leadership roles who want their judgement tested, not their recall.

Anyone who wants to walk in knowing their score, and would rather find a weak domain here than in the exam room.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

There is no instructional video content in this course. It is a question bank and a set of timed exams. If you have not covered the methodology yet, start with a teaching course and come back here to test yourself.

HOW THIS COURSE FITS YOUR CERTIFICATION PATH

PMI requires you to complete PMI-CPMAI training hours through PMI or a PMI Authorized Training Partner before you can schedule the exam. That training teaches you the methodology. It does not tell you whether you are ready to sit the paper.

This course is the layer that answers that question. You use the required training to learn the framework, and you use these 720 questions and six timed tests to prove you can apply it under the clock.

This is independent scenario practice created by an individual instructor. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by PMI, and it does not by itself grant PMI-CPMAI exam eligibility. PMI reviews eligibility rules periodically, including the accepted delivery format for those hours. Confirm the current requirements on the official PMI website before you book.
